Royce serves as Managing Director and Senior Wealth Strategist at Clear Rock Advisors, providing financial planning and investment management services. Prior to joining Clear Rock Advisors, he served as Secretary, Treasurer and Director for Massey, Itschner & Company, P.C. Prior to that, he served at Arthur Andersen, followed by employment in an affluent family business.

He received his MBA from Texas A&I University and a BBA in Finance and Accounting. He holds the designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.
