Royce provides investment strategy and communication, global asset allocation, manager due diligence and portfolio construction. Prior to founding Clear Rock Advisors, he served as Director of Capital Advisory Group at Lazard Asset Management. He also previously served as Partner and Director of Portfolio Management of Smith Group Asset Management, President of Belmont Wealth Management, and Senior Portfolio Manager of US Trust.

Royce received an MBA from Texas Christian University and a BS in International Trade from Texas Tech University.
