Financial Services Veterans Join Clear Rock Team

Clear Rock Advisors is pleased to announce the addition of two financial services veterans to its team to head up its new office in Kerrville, Texas.  Royce G. Itschner, CPA, CFP® will serve as the Managing Director of the new office and is accompanied by his 20- year Client Associate, Tamra L. Nix, both formerly with Massey, Itschner & Company, P.C.  Royce will continue to service his current tax clients through Massey, Itschner & Company, P.C.

Royce brings decades of experience and expertise to the Clear Rock team, providing investment consulting, investment management services, personal and business financial planning, along with accounting, tax, estate, and retirement planning.  Prior to joining Clear Rock Advisors, he served as Secretary, Treasurer and Director for Massey, Itschner & Company, P.C., an accounting firm he jointly established in 1990.  Prior to that, he served at Arthur Andersen, followed by employment in an affluent family business, eventually stepping out on his own to open his own private practice.

He received his Master of Business Administration from Texas A&I University, as well as, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting.   He earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant in October 1978 and the designation of Certified Financial Planner in September 1990.  In October 1999, he earned the designation of Investment Advisor Representative.
